Answer: The self-heating warmer included in the blanket is disposable, but the blanket itself can be recycled except for the warmer, and you only need to replace it with a new disposable warmer when you use it again.
The heating time of heat blanket is 8~12 hours, and our factory is the only one who can produce such long heating time.
Answer: The raw material of our air-activated warmer contains Iron Powder, Activated Carbon, Salt, Super Absorbent Polymer, Water and Vermiculite.They are natural and friendly to the environment.
Answer: It’s a exothermic chemical reaction, once the tri-iron tetraoxide contact with oxygen, it will release heat from the oxidation reaction, Activated Carbon, Sodium Chloride, Water and Super Absorbent Polymer are catalyst to accelerate exothermic chemical reaction of Tri-iron tetraoxide and oxygen, Vermiculite will expands because of heat , then forming a layer for heat preservation to extend the heating time.

Answer: Because we need to make new printing plate for your first order, there will be about 30~35 days to finish the production, but if you need it urgently, pls kindly let us know in time, we can put your order in our earlier production schedule and ship them to you earlier.

Generally we will send the die-line of the bag to you, you can design your own brand packaging based on the die-line, once it is finished, you can send the artworks to us by the format PDF or AI, and then we will send the final digital printing plates to you for confirming, if they are ok, we will arrange to make the actual printing plate and produce for you immediately.
Warnings:
* For single use only. Do not use while sleeping.

* Do not use in combination with medicated lotions, creams or ointments.
* Do not use on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within last 48hours.
* Do not use if you are not capable of applying and removing the wrap by yourself.
* Do not use if you are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers. Pls be more careful to use for older people or the people whose skin acceptance for heat is lower.
* Do not use on areas of the body where you can’t feel heat.
* To lower the risk of low-temperature burn, pls do not place extra stress pressure, e.g. by lying when use the product or wearing tight clothing over the product.
* Please check skin frequently for signs of burns or blisters, please stop use, if any damage to skin or unusual skin irritation is detected.
* Immediately stop use and ask a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin.
