On the production line, freshly assembled self-heating warm patches are conveyed in order to the fully automatic sealing station. A robotic arm accurately picks up the packaging bag, while a suction device smoothly opens it. The warm patch is then gently inserted into the bag, and a high-temperature sealing module immediately closes the opening. After cooling and shaping, the finished product is automatically discharged. The entire process features seamless mechanical coordination, delivering efficient and stable unmanned packaging and sealing operations.
