In the cold winter, the Disposable Warmer is a good helper for indoor and outdoor heating. Our Hand Warmer can last heat for 12 hours, and the highest temperature can reach 68℃ (154.4℉). Then, there are many people will wonder why such a small packet has so much energy? In fact, the reason is very simple. The main raw materials of the Disposable Warmer are: Iron Powder, Water, Vermiculite, Activated Carbon, Salt and so on. The activated carbon and iron powder in the product react with the oxygen in the air in an “oxidative exothermic” reaction. Then, Microporous Oxygen-permeable Technology allows the heat to spread in a balanced manner and lasts for a long time.

What is Microporous Oxygen-permeable Technology? It refers to the Non-woven fabric wrapped with raw materials, with precise and small air holes, so that oxygen can enter the product to complete the exothermic reaction. This hole is so tiny that it is difficult to see it with the naked eye. The requirements for the hole are also very strict: if the hole is too small, the oxygen will enter less, the exothermic reaction will be slow, and the temperature will not be easily detected; if the hole is too large, the oxygen will enter more, the exothermic reaction will occur quickly, and the heat energy will be consumed also fast. However, not all products require the same size air holes. For example, the air holes of Foot Insole Warmer and Toe Warmer are larger than other products. Because the air in our shoes is relatively scarce, it requires more oxygen to enter. Granted, it’s only slightly bigger than the others, which are actually still pretty small.
